TEAM KIDCHAN is honoured to photographed the Akad Nikah of Sabrina Halim & Ashraff Alihan at the marvelous Masjid Sultan Mizan, Putrajaya aka Masjid Besi (Iron Mosque). The day started with the brides preparation at the Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside Resort. The bride was resplendent in a Syomir Izwa creation. Later the entourage to the mosque where the solemnization was held. After the akad nikah, the family of the bride hosted lunch at the mosque. The Moroccan inspired themed decoration and pelamin (dais) was created by Nas Great Idea. TEAM KIDCHAN is honored to photograph Michael & Jacklyne’s Church Wedding Ceremony at the St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church. The Bride was resplendent in a That Special Occasion bridal Gown. The beautiful church deco was by My Bridal Florist. The wedding ceremony was followed by a traditional tea ceremony and grand wedding reception at the Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur.

Photo of the Week #1 – Wet Yorkshire Wedding Party
To kick of the series i have chosen the following shot because of it’s surprise element. Even to myself. As a International Destination Wedding Photographer, this is not the kind of shot that i would have anticipated despite the years of experience. Especially not after a 13 hours flight to the historic county of Yorkshire. It was also the first time I saw the wedding party go for a swim after the wedding reception and then went back to more partying. What a great wedding!
