BFM 89.9 :The Business Station – In Conversation with Kid Chan

Last week, I was honored to be interviewed by BFM 89.9 for the In Conversation segment. Despite many TV interviews, this is my first radio interview experience Partly also previously I wasn’t too keen as i cant really stand my recorded voice. I think i squeak …..

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the BFM’s “Wall of Fame” and their quirky tagline like “brake faster Macha” & “Bribe Free Malaysian”. The wall had many pictures and notes from well known business personality in the country like Alliance Bank’s Dato’ Bridget Lai and Ex Mas Ceo and Now Minister YB. Datuk Seri Idris Jala. I also met Dato’ David Nicol in person as  she was the personality before me that got interview in the studio.

Yup this is what a radio recording room looks like.

So how does it feel like? Well, at first i felt kind of uncomfortable as i was focusing at the big A*s in your face MIC in front of me.

After a while as the DJ Tiffany Chew spoke to me, my attention turn to her- it just felt like talking to a friend over dinner:)
