It is located behind the Maybank building along the main road of Jalan Bangsar. The Bangsar LRT station is just beside the Maybank building. From the station you can walk up to the Maybank building and after turning to the back of this building, you can see a white 5 storeys building visibly with a very big banner of a CELCOM advertisement and this is the Bangsaria Building. It takes about 10 mins walk from the back of the Maybank building to Bangsaria.

Original Post here

Btw, the full address is 5th Floor, 45E, Bangsaria, Jalan Maarof, 59100, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Dear All,

Ok go grab your popcorn. I reckon this is gonna be a pretty long post. Dont worry, i am not trying to be political or philosopical , just trying to catch up with almost 6 days worth of post.

So what have I been up to? Firstly, I would like to thank Syahidah & Adri from Brunei & their family for postponing their wedding to accomodate my schedule next June. Syidah and Adri’s initial wedding date clashes with my job in Four Seasons Bali.

Good as SEX-……almost!

Friday, November 18th, 2005

Dear all,

Kid Chan: The most sought-after wedding photographer in Malaysia!

When Kid Chan was labelled as the most sought-after wedding photographer in Malaysia by the New Straits Time, it is certainly not a joke or a false claim at all.

This guy is the real deal.

I discovered Mr. Chan while browsing in Project Petaling Street, a blog portal where us bloggers ping our blogs whenever there are new updates in our blog and it just so happened that he had a photo taken with the lovely Devon Aoki, the famous model/actress who recently appeared in the film adaptation of Frank Miller’s Sin City graphic novel.

What?! Devon Aoki?!

In the words of TNA colour commentator, Don West……………

promo westcopy Good as SEX ......almost!

But lo and behold! He did took a photo with Devon Aoki. If you check out his photo blog over in my links sidebar, you’ll know what I’m talking about.

I then decided to check out his photo blog a little bit more and discovered that this guy has done so many wedding photography for many famous celebrity weddings around the world! The list of celebrities he’s also met is a pretty good list, which includes former Malaysian Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir, famous singer and current American Idol judge Paula Abdul, famous actress and former Bond Girl Datuk Michelle Yeoh, model/actress Bai Ling, F-1 driver David Coulthard, theatre actress and Channel V vee jay Paula Malai Ali, famous actress and singer Maya Karin and also Malaysia’s very own Siti Nurhaliza!

Yup. He sure is lucky alright.

Sure, I’ve met my fair share of celebrities throughout my life (I remembered going nuts for Janet Khoo before I eventually met her that fateful night at the 16th Malaysian Film Festival two years ago), but judging from his photo blog, he seems to have been there and done that. It did make me wonder though whether my cousin, Sabrina Hassan (whom I personally call Kak Sabrina), managed to rope him to do photography for her wedding two years ago on December 7th, 2003.

I also noticed how awesome his wedding photography really is by going to his main website, http://www.kidchan.com and looking through his portfolio. (Heck, checking out his flash animation at the beginning is enough to give you a rough idea on how awesome they really are!) Unlike regular photographers, he captures all of these images with absolute flair and style and he really makes them look absolutely gorgeous. It’s hard to really describe how excellent his photography is, so it’s best if you check them out yourselves and lemme (and Mr. Chan himself) know what you think.

One thing’s for sure, after looking through his works, I guess I know who to call in as my wedding photographer when that fateful day arrives.

Till then, all the best in your work, Mr. Chan! And remember to have fun doing so as well! icon smile Good as SEX ......almost!

Ah, how fortune turn. With words this kind, it’s almost as good as SEX!
